Currently, she is a member of the Compensation and Nomination Committee at Apexquest Mining. Her career includes non-executive directorships at Ero Copper and Centamin. From 2011 to 2014, she served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Copper North Mining. Before that, Dr. Oppenheimer was Senior Vice President of Operations at Endeavour Mining, where she managed a diverse portfolio of resource exploration, development, and production projects across West Africa. Additionally, she has held the position of Director of Business Development at Endeavour Financial and served in executive roles with several Canadian resource companies. Dr. Oppenheimer holds a Ph.D. in Economic Geology from the Royal School of Mines, Imperial College London, and is an active member of the Society of Economic Geologists and the Institute of Corporate Directors.
